To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Item must be in its original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase required

How to request a return: Email us at support@sheltr.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
